You’ve probably heard about Etude House because of their legendary BB creams or their ever infamous Wonder Pore line, or you’ve probably never heard of them at all.

They have 7 products in this line and every one of them is created to improve and level up your pore care. I have tried every product and I absolutely love everything—but I only reused the ones that stood out and worked for me the most.

Those too-good-to-be-true claims are a bit overwhelming but trust me, this line is promising.

Since my reviews are detailed enough and I don’t want you guys to TL;DR me, I decided to do these reviews one product at a time. And I’m going to start with my favorite one:

Wonder Pore Deep Foaming Cleanser

170ml for $13.74 (P650~)

This foam cleanser deep cleanses pores and its impurities with blue beads that effectively remove accumulated sebum on skin.

I’ve been using this product since forever and I seriously don’t know why I forgot about this. Maybe when you’re too focused on just earning money, and you start thinking that you don’t really need to restock your facial cleanser when you can just use a body soap instead and then your brain helped you with it. Yeah, maybe that’s why.

Just like any other facial cleansers out there, this one also comes in a tube. In addition to the plastic crown cap, the mouth is sealed with a silver vinyl wrap to avoid tampering and for you and your trust issues to be assured that what you just bought is never been touched, never been used. The size is quite normal for a facial wash and since this is EH, the packaging design is so cute so go ahead and put it in your sink or something for that extra decoration.

This chicc is thicc. It is so thick and creamy that putting it on the same shelf with your toothpaste would be a bad idea. Your half-asleep self will never know which one you are using until you put it in your mouth. Lol.

This white creamy texture is really thick that a pea-size amount is enough to cover your entire face and your neck as a bonus.

It comes with a tiny blue bead that makes it more like a scrub and acts as an exfoliator that removes that eewie sebum. Whenever I use this, I take my time and scrub my face thoroughly or until those blue beads disappear because I like how foamy it gets.

It smells minty and not overpowering. It gives off a nice tingling, cooling sensation that you can feel deep in your skin.

Deep Cleansing test

I’ve grabbed some random products to see how deep this deep cleansing foam gets.

Without the help of a makeup remover, I would say the cleansing foam did a great job removing those makeup. It easily removed the foundation and scarred the liners and the lipstick.

Moment of truth

Makeup residue: I used an oil-based makeup remover to remove my make up (eyebrows and blush)

With wonder pore: Girl just look at those foam

After wash: Squeaky clean. No sebum left and my skin looks bright and moisturized. Left my skin feeling smooth with no dryness at all.

Overall thoughts

I really love how this product feels on my face. The cooling effect makes me feel like it really cleanses deep within my impurities, but not deep enough to cleanse my soul. Char.

This product is really good as a cleanser but as far as the pores are concerned, the pore tightening or other pore care is minimal.

Check out how amazing Etude House is in PH or USA.

Their products are a bit more expensive on the international website so if you want to save a bit, check out

  1. If you liked this one you should try the Etude powder pore cleansing foam. I always use it whenever my skin gets a little out of hands. And it really works wonders on the skin.
Your review is also really good! ❤

    1. You’re talking about the Baking Powder right? I’ve tried it before but the smell is just not for me. The pink one smells nice but for some reason doesn’t have the same effect on me. Thank you, though ❤️

Aww thank you! You’re doing pretty good yourself. ☺️ I kind of want to focus on product’s ingredients too but I am not that familiar with them yet 😅

      1. Ah, I can understand your feelings. I had my friend try it and she said the same thing 😅 No problem, I love sharing experiences and its so interesting hearing your opinion on products ❤

Aww that is so nice of you to say. ❤ I am still researching them all the time too, but if you are interested in learning, how about starting with a skincare ingredient dictionary? It helped me a lot
